It’s hard to believe there was a time when it was uncommon to find women in the workplace.

Today, women are shattering glass ceilings and heading some of the most powerful companies in the world.

From General Motors and Best Buy to Hershey and UPS, women own four out of ten businesses in the U.S.

Women are making major strides in the world of business, both in large corporations and in the entrepreneurial sector. They control over $20 trillion in yearly spending. This number is expected to go up by another $28 trillion inside the next few years.

Women-owned businesses are growing steadily, closing the gender gap, and succeeding in their field. Women will take calculated risks to create an opportunity to fulfill their dreams.

I’m fortunate enough to be one of those — I run a million-dollar writing agency, and have trained over 500 people how to be successful content marketers in my Academy. I write books and YouTube.
